Sinopec-SK Petrochemical Project, a key China Petrochemical Corporation project during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, is the largest ethylene project in Central China. Its facilities include ten major production units, such as an 800,000-ton/year ethylene cracking unit, a 550,000-ton/year cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit, and a 150,000-ton/year C5 separation unit.

In 2017, Greatek was contracted to develop a safety production emergency command system for the plant. The project included an integrated command platform, an LED display wall, audio-visual linkage between dispatch and command centers, and distributed video control across multiple operational sites.

The system integrates existing specialized platforms for safety, environmental protection, quality control, production, equipment, communications, and environmental monitoring. By collecting and monitoring real-time data on safety and environmental alarms, equipment failures, and production operations, it provides a platform for full-process production visualization, alarm display, and streamlined emergency. This establishes a unified management system that combines daily alarm handling with emergency response, effectively supporting stable, safe, coordinated, and sustainable production.
