Based on Greatech G-SES® cloud platform and the concept of combination of daily management and emergency management and with use of ICT technologies, such as IoT, big data, AI and integrated communication, the integrated monitoring and early warning system, integrated safety system, integrated environmental protection system, multi-source data collection gateway, GIS, and integrated emergency command system are integrated together for map-based, real-time display of the dynamics of safety, environment, production, quality, operations and equipment of the whole plant and for real-time data based dynamic monitoring. Intelligent early warning is realized by building a multidimensional analysis model for abnormalities in safety, environment, production, quality and other big data for multi-dimensional visualization and intelligent application of monitoring, early warning, analysis, disposal, emergency command, etc. Daily work safety management and emergency response to alarm events are integrated on the platform to achieve the goal of "identifying and solving problems at the earliest possible time" and realize the transition from passive response to alarm events to active intelligent monitoring, early warning and response to promote safe, stable and efficient production and sustainable development of the enterprise.
