The Fujian Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Project is the largest cross-strait petrochemical cooperation initiative between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. As a key Sinopec project with an estimated annual output value of 26 billion RMB, it will strengthen, extend, and supplement the industrial chain through high-end material products. The project is expected to drive over 100 billion RMB in downstream industries and contribute significantly to the win-win development and integration across the Strait.
