Overview

Using industry standard modular technology, it supports various mainstream communication protocols or data access methods such as OPC, Modbus, SDK, Onvif, GB28181, RS232, RS485, and LAN/WAN. The protocol module can be extended to support a wider range of private protocols for third-party devices, instruments and collectors, enabling the collection of safety data from mainstream measurement and control systems such as DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, SIS, and FAM. When collecting and receiving data from relevant variables, the gateway can also be configured to perform complex business logic operations, enabling standardization of data and providing conditions for direct application of the data in the upper management system.

Massive device support

Support for hundreds of device protocols:
(1) international standard protocols such as OPC, Modbus, IEC61850, IEC60870, DNP3, BACnet, Onvif, MQTT, and HTTP;
(2) private protocols of DCS, PLC, various smart meters and smart devices such as S7 and Hostlink;
(3) building automation protocols such as Lonworks, BACnet, Batibus, and SNMP;
(4) RS-232, RS-485, LAN/WAN interfaces;
(5) various relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and MYSQL;
(6) support for parsing of various data files such as TXT and CSV files; and the continuous expansion of the protocol library makes it possible to support data access to more devices.

High reliability design

(1) Link detection design: real-time link detection, automatic redial when disconnected, and long link connection;
(2) Equipment fault self-healing design: embedded hardware watchdog and software watchdog technology, equipment operation fault self-healing,to ensure high availability of equipment;
(3) System security protection: real-time detection of system status and application status through system security protection,to prevent and recover unsafe and unstable nodes of the system.
