Greatech decided to implement a new organizational structure that adapts to its innovation capacity system and announced appointment of executives after six months of careful design and preparation and consultation with Ms. Zhang Lihua, R&D management consulting expert, to build the company's R&D capacity system to "engineer future with innovative technology ".
The new organizational structure is advantageous to:
(1) concentrate preponderant forces, capture major opportunities, and increase investment in the main businesses to form more competitive product development teams;
(2) work out more detailed solutions for each region to better serve customers and deliver projects;
(3) strengthen basic R&D (product platform, CBB, etc.) and technical research to achieve end-to-end process management;
(4) reinforce back-end management to provide strong support for PDTs and solutions divisions.
On August 7, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., with headquarter employees gathered in the No. 1 meeting room, and branch employees and those on business trips via video link, Mr. Yang Bin, General Manager of Greatech, announced the appointment and duties of 21 new executives, issued appointment letters and business cards, shook hands and took photos with them.
Mr. Yang also introduced the excellent work style of the executives in their respective positions since they joined the company, fully affirmed their outstanding performance at work, and expressed his hope that the executives will give full play to their abilities in their new positions and create further success.
Finally, the newly appointed executives expressed their gratitude to the company and their confidence and determination to make achievements in their new positions and create greater glories together.
